Michele Thomas My favorite singer-so much so that I married her. See all of her cool stuff, and you can even buy some tracks from her last record. I'm playing on those, by the way.
Ari Seder I've been playing with Ari's organ trio for a couple of years now. He writes great tunes. Check out his music, and buy a CD (I'm on his last one, but you can buy 'em all if you want). Also, I play with him just about once a week these days. Check out my itinerary and come hear us.
Jeff Hedberg & C11 Jeff's recently formed "little" big band. We've been having fun rehearsing and getting ready for our upcoming gigs. Check out the link for some sounds.
"Prof" Johnny Lee Lane Prof Lane was my truly awesome teacher at Eastern Illinois University. He is a force of nature, and has provided inspiration for generations of percussionists. He also created the United States Percussion Camp. The list of accomplishments of his former students and camp attendees is astounding. He is now Director of Educational Marketing for Remo. Also, he's the creator of my nickname "Scooter"
Photographer Dirk van der Duim All of us musicians need good photos. Dirk took some shots at a gig with Shawn Salmon a while back, and both my wife Michele and I like them so much we put them on our sites. Check him out at www.dirkv.net
H-PI instruments - Aaron Hunt Check out one of my best buddies, Aaron Hunt. He manufactures micro-tonal musical instuments. I'm not smart enough to explain what's goin' on here...just see for yourself. Don't blame me if your head explodes!
Tony Valle Old friend & Hockey Buddy. He always made us laugh...now he's doing it professionally. Check out his site.
Scott Hesse I met Scott when I was 17, and he was already blowing people away with his guitar playing. After many years we've both ended up in Chicago. He's playing all over, so go hear him. Ask him why he doesn't have "scotthesse.com", it's a great story.
Emilie Conway Another great singer with many different influences. I played on some of her last record, then she and guitarist John Kregor moved to Ireland. It was our loss. Anyhow, check out what she's up to on the other side of the pond.
Elaine Dame I've had the great pleasure to play with Elaine during the last couple of years, and I've always enjoyed it. She's a great combination of vocal talent, great taste (she sings some of my favorite tunes), and a great sense of humor. She also hires some of the best players in town.
