Go buy Michele's latest CD on iTunes. I recorded, mixed and produced it!

Have You Met Mister Jones with the Michele Thomas Quartet
A few years ago Cast Iron Skillet did a tribute to the late, great Sharon Jones & the Dap Kings. It was a great joy to learn all these tunes & Michele knocked it out of the park.
Playing the Elaine Elias inspired arrangement of A Ra with the Michele Thomas Quintet. Michele is also nice enough to give me solo space on this one...and I probably took more than I should have;)
Not sure why this video looks like it was shot in 1993, but it's a somewhat witty drum solo over one of my favorite Peanuts Christmas classics!
My favorite singer-so much so that I married her. See all of her cool stuff, and you can even buy some tracks from her last record. I'm playing on those, by the way.
I started working with Jeannie about 5 years ago and continue to enjoy my time with her. Is she a singer? Trumpeter? songwriter?...yes!
I also had the great pleasure of drumming on her recent "Words & Music" project. So much fun to work with all the great vocalists of Chicago!
I've been playing with Ari's organ trio for a couple of years now. He writes great tunes. Check out his music, and buy a CD (I'm on his last one, but you can buy 'em all if you want). Also, I play with him just about once a week these days. Check out my itinerary and come hear us.
Jeff approached me quite a few years ago to be a part of this wonderful "little" big band playing the music of Marty Paich & Mel Torme. 2 recordings, many gigs and perhaps $27 dollars later...we're still at it. All kidding, I love playing in this band.
Prof Lane was my truly awesome teacher at Eastern Illinois University. He is a force of nature, and has provided inspiration for generations of percussionists. He also created the United States Percussion Camp. The list of accomplishments of his former students and camp attendees is astounding. He is now Director of Educational Marketing for Remo. Also, he's the creator of my nickname "Scooter".
Our little video on Michele's latest record Messenger. It looks so old, like cable access or something. But it's still some work that Michele and I are very proud of, and you get see a young Bob Lovecchio!
An older promo video for Michele's band. Were we ever so young?
